This round form of the evil eye is very common in Turkey.  We have framed a beautiful high fired ceramic disk of deep blue and yellow and white in pure gold and accented it with our signature triad of diamonds at the bottom.  The ceramic disk is 18mm diameter, double sided and hand made, so no two will be the same.  Chain is sold separately.
